The Boutwell Agency is a comprehensive life insurance and retirement solutions provider. WHAT do we do? Here at The Boutwell Agency, we are partnered with a national brokerage firm to help our clients find affordable and trustable insurance, get out of debt, and protect their retirement. HOW do we do it? We have a nationwide inventory of leads from prospective clients requesting our help in finding the best financial protection for their personal situation. We partner with our in-house product specialists to determine what clients might qualify for based on their age, health, financial responsibilities, and goals. We respond by verifying their information and scheduling appointments to discuss their options. You can meet with clients remotely, in-person, or both (hybrid). Once they select coverage or investment plans, you assist by submitting applications for underwriting. Upon approval, you receive a commission directly deposited into your bank account. Some carriers offer instant approval and payment the next day. What is the PAY?
This is a 100% uncapped commission position with high earning potential. Typical part-time agents earn $3,000-$5,000/month (around six policies), approximating $70,000/year. Full-time agents often earn $15,000-$17,000/month in deposits, totaling $150,000-$200,000/year. Bonuses and incentives are also available. Commissions are usually paid within 1-7 days after application approval. Success depends on effort, training, and client needs. WHY join us?
