Job Description The Boutwell Agency is a comprehensive life insurance and retirement solutions provider. WHAT do we do? Here at The Boutwell Agency, we are partnered with a national brokerage firm to help our clients find affordable and trustable insurance, get out of debt, and protect their retirement. HOW do we do it? We have a nationwide inventory of leads from prospective clients requesting our help in finding the best financial protection for their personal situation. We partner with our in-house product specialists to determine what they might qualify for based on their age, health conditions, financial responsibilities, and goals. We respond to these clients' requests by verifying their information and scheduling appointments to discuss their options. Meetings can be conducted remotely via phone or Zoom, in-person at the client's home, or through a hybrid approach, depending on client preference. Once clients select their coverage or investment plans, we assist by submitting applications through our sales platform for underwriting. Upon approval, you will receive a commission directly deposited into your bank account. Some carriers offer instant approval, allowing you to get paid the very next day. What is the PAY? This is a 100% uncapped commission position with high earning potential. Typical part-time agents earn $3,000-$5,000 per month (about six policies), which can total approximately $70,000 annually. Full-time agents often earn $15,000-$17,000 per month in deposits, totaling $150,000-$200,000 annually. Additional passive income is possible. Bonuses, trips, and incentives are also available. Commissions are typically paid within 1-7 days after policy issuance. Earnings depend on effort, adherence to training, engagement with leads, and customer needs.
