The CMTP Program Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the trainees, faculty, and supervisors are well-organized, coordinated, and compliant with BMC and external organization requirements. The role involves administrative support for trainees and faculty, responding to inquiries, interfacing with programs and organizations, and preparing reports for accreditation bodies. Operating independently, the Program Administrator acts as a liaison among trainees, the Program Director, accrediting bodies, and the hospital, including managing reports and onboarding processes. Additionally, the role involves organizing grant projects, liaising with teams, scheduling meetings, managing documentation, assisting with recruitment, maintaining websites, preparing for site visits, and supporting program events and evaluations. **Program Scope:** The Program Administrator may support small to mid-size programs independently or as part of a larger team, maintaining knowledge of relevant accreditation and program requirements, and participating in departmental meetings. Program Administration Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for trainees. Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, licensing, and trainee progress, including tracking and follow-up. Serve as liaison for benefits and HR issues. Ensure compliance with accreditation and credentialing guidelines. Maintain and update training program website and reports. Assist with site visits, grant submissions, and reviews. Establish and maintain relationships with training sites and manage trainee records for reporting. Support research activities, conference arrangements, and correspondence. Handle inquiries, participate in professional development, and support departmental projects. Coordination Responsibilities
Coordinate programming across multiple centers and evaluate community health activities. Review agreements, collect clinical data, and prepare reports. Manage evaluation and quality improvement processes. Other Duties
Assist with departmental needs, adhere to hospital standards, and ensure safety protocols. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 2-7 years relevant experience, preferably with graduate medical education and RedCap. Preferred certifications include TAGME or similar. Skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
