As SVP - Senior Research Director, you'll be at the heart of our strategic evolution—partnering with the Senior Leadership Group (SLG) to guide company messaging, support high-performing teams, and address challenges proactively. You'll operate globally, understanding business needs and leading initiatives that promote growth for our people and organization.
You will lead with purpose as a US divisional partner, overseeing research quality, fostering talent development, and aligning initiatives with strategic goals. Your leadership will influence the success and growth of our US operations.

Align divisional goals with overall company strategy, collaborating with SLG.
Serve as a trusted advisor and role model within the US division.

Contribute as Project Director or Consultant on high-value projects.
Manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure project excellence.

Requirements
Proven leadership experience in healthcare research or consulting.
