2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Semcasting, a leader in identity-based digital marketing and privacy-compliant measurement, is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support and grow our IdentityXchange (IDX) partnerships in the Healthcare and other verticals . This role bridges enterprise healthcare clients and the technical capabilities of our IdentityXchange platform, enabling seamless onboarding, activation, and measurement services. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver grounded with strong data design and management skills.Familiarity with healthcare, financial services digital marketing and compliance is a major plus.Familiarity with the application of AI in digital data marketing a plus.Having the ability and experience to translate technical workflows into clear, actionable client solutions is expected. You’ll help brands, agencies, and data partners deploy their first-party CRM data to media and measurement platforms at scale, ensure campaign success across programmatic, social, CTV, and Linear TV platforms - guiding customers through onboarding, segmentation, measurement, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Success Coordinate and lead technical onboarding for new IDX clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of platform capabilities across their stakeholders. Configure identity resolution workflows specific to client source data and desired outcomes.This can include CRM brand engagement or HCP - NPI-level onboarding, provider segmentation, site visitor identification, and claims-based measurement. Deliver live and documented training tailored to client use cases and compliance needs (e.g., HIPAA, CPRA, GLBA). Technical Strategy & Support Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding, match rate, and activation issues across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360), SSPs (Magnite, OpenX, Index)and social/CTV platforms. Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to execute client-specific requests, escalate bugs, and optimize features. Assist with implementation of site pixels, creative measurement tags, and secure data transfers (API, SFTP, or clean room environments). Data Activation & Measurement Guide healthcare clients in activating data across programmatic, CTV, social, and curated marketplace channels. Use SQL, Python, and internal analytics tools to investigate and report on audience reach, and segment performance. Conduct QA and provide actionable recommendations to improve identity coverage and measurement accuracy. Client Communication & Strategic Planning Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, analytics, and IT organizations and partner networks. Act as a trusted advisor, and support QBRs, performance reviews, and partner enablement on new IDX features and solutions. Qualifications 3–7 years in ad tech, MarTech, identity resolution, or digital media measurement; Healthcare or Financial Services data experience strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with CRM - first-party data onboarding, identity resolution, and digital audience segmentation. Technical proficiency in SQL; experience with Python, API integrations, or tag management is a plus. Experience with media platforms and audience targeting: DSPs, CTV, Linear TV,social platforms, and their activation and measurement workflows. Strong client communication, training, documentation, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
