Logistics & Ops Support Specialist
to oversee daily logistics operations and ensure seamless import/export compliance. What You’ll Do: Manage daily logistics operations: shipment tracking, transportation, and discrepancy resolution
Support customs compliance efforts, including
C-TPAT , HTS classification, and customs regulations
Collaborate with customs brokers to resolve clearance issues
Review and process logistics vendor invoices for accuracy
Track incident reports and implement corrective actions
Monitor vendor performance through
KPIs
and
quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Work
onsite 5 days a week
at the San Jose headquarters
We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import/export compliance
Holds a
Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Has experience with
HTS code maintenance
and product classification
Is highly proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables)
Brings a proactive, data-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
Communicates clearly and adapts across teams and functions
Embraces challenges with curiosity and creativity
Works collaboratively and values humility and support
