The role requires leadership in fostering company culture, developing business strategies, managing KPIs, and leading change initiatives. The director will also oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership. Qualifications include an MBA or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role with financial accountability, and proven ability to lead large teams and manage client/vendor relationships. Proficiency in strategic thinking, business analysis, and project management is essential. Travel up to 50% across North America is expected.
