Project Manager
for a long-term engagement (3 to 4 years or more). This is a critical role for a skilled professional who can successfully manage complex, large-scale platform modernization efforts in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end technology projects, including platform modernizations, infrastructure upgrades, application development/enhancement, and COTS/vendor application implementations. Develop project scopes, manage RFP processes, and oversee contract negotiations. Align IT solutions with business goals by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including internal departments and external agencies. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities. Provide hands-on support in managing project execution, tracking milestones, and resolving issues. Serve as a change advocate by articulating project value, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving consensus. Lead support, maintenance, and enhancement efforts for existing applications. Prepare and present project documentation using tools such as MS Visio, Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online, and CA Clarity. Required Qualifications: Minimum of
5+ years of hands-on experience
managing projects in an Agile environment. Proven track record in managing
large-scale platform modernization projects . Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, API integrations, system architecture, content management systems, and web/database applications. Experience in writing RFPs and managing vendor-delivered solutions with multiple integration points. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts. Experience managing enterprise-level applications using tools like: MS Visio Microsoft 365 Services SharePoint Online MS Teams Hybrid schedule:
