to join our team at

Texas Oncology . This position will support the TxO Medical Center practice at 5206 Research Drive in San Antonio, Texas. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with no weekends or major holidays. Note from Hiring Manager:

Corporation, focused on empowering sustainable community patient care systems. What does the Practice Director do? Directs practice activities to ensure objectives are met, typically in a practice with at least 25 physicians or $50 million in gross revenue. Implements strategies for financial profitability and growth, evaluates practice strategies, and supports adherence to compliance standards. Responsibilities Develops and implements policies, procedures, and objectives. Evaluates business conditions and advises leadership. Develops organizational objectives and plans. Oversees systems development to support practice activities. Ensures communication flow and monitors practice progress. Prepares management reports and ensures compliance with organizational standards. Coordinates new office locations as needed. Supervises practice staff; clinical work directed by physicians. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Or Associate's Degree + 4 years related experience. Or 8+ years of healthcare management experience, including 3+ years supervisory. Physical Demands Sitting for long periods, some bending, stretching, finger dexterity, vision and hearing to normal range, occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
