Maintenance Director
to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. The Director is responsible for all maintenance and housekeeping functions within an assisted living facility. This role involves hands-on work as well as administrative responsibilities. Schedule:
Monday-Friday with Manager on Duty Rotation Salary Range:
$70,000 - $75,000 As Maintenance Director, you will perform tasks including electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance, while also managing staff, payroll, operational expenses, and capital expenditures. Responsibilities
Coordinate repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment Provide technical support and quality assurance Establish and monitor a preventative maintenance program Ensure OSHA and fire code compliance Perform other maintenance functions as required Demonstrate strong maintenance skills and management experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting Have a solid knowledge of building systems, especially HVAC, electrical, and plumbing Requirements
Understanding of life safety regulations Proven success in managing maintenance and housekeeping departments Facilities management experience Excellent communication skills Supervisory experience Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Knowledge of biohazardous waste handling practices Benefits
