Director of Corporate Development . This is a high-impact role within a lean team that partners directly with senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO, to drive the company's growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the evaluation, execution, and integration of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess potential deals and initiatives Prepare and present materials for senior leadership, including board-level communications Conduct market and competitive landscape analyses to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess strategic fit and operational impact Drive strategic planning initiatives and support long-term corporate strategy development Monitor performance of existing investments and partnerships Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in Investment Banking, with a strong focus on M&A Expertise in building complex financial models and conducting valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comps) Experience preparing high-quality client-facing materials and transaction documentation Strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and deal structuring Excellent communication skills-clear, persuasive, and executive-ready Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for excellence
