Job Description: Global Information Security helps to assess threats and provide scalable and flexible solutions to actively manage these threats and specific risks to the Bank. The Business Support Manager will be part of the centralized GIS COO team providing operational and delivery expertise with a focus on strategy, financials, driving information security awareness, and rigor to meet business requirements and goals, while addressing the agreed risk tolerances of the business environment. The successful candidate will be able to work both individually and as part of a team, bringing an organized and disciplined, but creative and energetic enthusiasm to building a best-in-class organization. Responsibilities: Owns coordination and executes responsibilities of business management activities, resource and finance management, including strategic planning, and communication activities. Helps drive strategic priorities by being involved with the business on a day-to-day basis along with stakeholder inputs and provides regular management business updates on action plans aligned to strategic goals. Prepares executives for key meetings, overseeing the preparation of relevant materials and talking points (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, regulatory meetings, committee meetings, executive routine meetings, etc.). Oversees the status of critical business measures including workforce and location strategies, financials, travel management, risk, and LOB-owned issues; provides periodic reviews related to these topics. Partners with HR and Finance on workforce planning, location strategy, operational and initiative budgets, organizational health, and engagement strategies. Collaborates effectively with GIS COO centralized team/peers on execution of departmental-wide initiatives, ensuring consistency and best practices. Demonstrates flexibility, a desire to learn, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. Required Qualifications: Experienced business support manager with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, presentation creation and delivery skills, and a drive to make decision-making more effective. Ability to translate complex technical details into simplified presentations for senior leadership or business representatives. Experience with finance/budgets, risk metrics, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives. Ability to influence at the executive level, anticipate leadership needs, and maintain collaborative partnerships. Proficiency in working with diverse stakeholders across locations and projects. Assertive, inquisitive, creative, humble, mature, and sensitive to situational contexts. Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities under tight deadlines and changing priorities. Results-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of regulatory and risk management frameworks, and experience with business continuity in a tech environment is a plus. Strong project management skills with proficiency in MS Office, Confluence, JIRA, etc. Applicable knowledge of cybersecurity policies, regulations, and security frameworks. 40 Pay Transparency details: Pay range: $124,900.00 - $181,000.00 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible and benefits-eligible.
