Full Time and in Office Position Summary Brucha is seeking a Project Support Specialist who will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of projects, operational tasks, and select sales initiatives. This role works closely with the operations team and provides executive support for sales leadership to streamline processes, track priorities, and maintain cross-departmental alignment. The position is critical to managing documentation, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely, accurate communication with internal teams and customers. Headquartered in Austria, Brucha quickly expanded into other European countries and the rest of the world, always focused on a steady and strategic growth of its business. The basic construction elements in a typical Brucha project typically involve insulated metal panels (“IMPs”) and doors. After many years of project work around the world, BRUCHA established a subsidiary in Denver, Colorado in early 2018. Now, we are very excited and motivated to bring the right people on board, like you, to build the US arm into a competitive market player in the American commercial and industrial (C&I) panel market. Key Responsibilities Assist with project scheduling, tracking, and status updates Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records Support order processing and post-order coordination tasks Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounting) to ensure a timely flow of information Monitor and follow up on project milestones and deliverables Provide administrative and coordination support for sales leadership, including pipeline tracking, sales reporting, and customer follow-up Help identify and resolve administrative or process-related issues Assist with customer communications related to project status, documentation, and scheduling Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations Qualifications Prior experience in project coordination, customer service, administrative support, or sales support required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with standard office software and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Microsoft Office) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Compensation Base salary = $60,000/year 401(k) with employer matching contribution Seniority level
