Denver, Colorado – Office + remote - with national travel as required Position Summary Brucha is seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Services Manager to lead our technical support function for insulated metal panel (IMP) systems. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality pre-sale and post-sale technical support to both internal teams and external customers. While core responsibilities are well-defined, this role includes a forward-looking element—helping to refine and enhance Brucha’s technical service processes, documentation standards, and field training systems as we scale in the North American market. The Technical Services Manager will serve as the primary technical point of contact for sales, estimating, project management, and installer support. The role works closely with Brucha’s engineering consultant (Z-Tech Consulting) and contributes directly to the continuous improvement of products, details, and field performance. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact for all technical service inquiries across pre-sale and post-sale phases Provide technical support to sales staff, estimators, project managers, installers, and customers Work closely with the engineering consultant to support project-specific engineering needs and advance Brucha’s technical capabilities Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guidelines, product data sheets, sales support materials, and training content Conduct jobsite visits to troubleshoot installation issues, gather field feedback, and support installer success Collaborate with drafting partners, accessory vendors, and other technical stakeholders to ensure accurate, compatible, and effective detailing Contribute to refining and streamlining accessory offerings and standard installation details Provide internal and external training to improve product knowledge, installation practices, and field performance Participate in design reviews to identify and address potential technical risks early in the project lifecycle Support efforts in quality assurance, product testing, and continuous improvement Key Relationships Reports to VP of Operations Works closely with: Engineering Consultant (Bob / Z-Tech Consulting) External partners (drafting, accessory vendors) Position Requirements 10+ years of experience in metal building components, insulated metal panels, or a related field 10+ years of experience in commercial, institutional, and/or industrial construction Strong technical understanding of product installation, detailing, troubleshooting, and field support Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Familiarity with technical documentation standards and tools (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.) Field experience with installers or technical training strongly preferred Capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and act on them Compensation ·Base salary range (depending on experience and fit) - $125k to $150k per year + quarterly operating team bonus ·401(k) with employer matching contribution Seniority level
