We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Trust and Safety Enablement Business Systems Analyst to help define and implement new platform features, transforming Trust and Safety into a world-class, service-centric organization. In this role, you will partner with fraud teams and cross-functional teams, providing thought leadership to operationalize and enhance our Fraud Investigation capabilities. What you'll bring
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a technical BSA or product management role. 2+ years of operational experience, leading people, processes, and technology. Experience with fraud investigation systems and tools is a plus. Hands-on experience building a service quality program. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify key metrics and leverage data insights. Strong technical aptitude; software/services development experience and data integration across platforms are advantageous. Experience in building and driving a durable 1-3 year roadmap, decomposing it into requirements across enterprise platforms and operational processes. Ability to balance short- and long-term solutions, prioritizing critical work. Skilled in creating compelling business cases and influencing stakeholders across complex organizations. Results-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of framing technical discussions for non-technical audiences. Deep customer empathy and curiosity. How you will lead
Collaborate with engineers, designers, investigators, analysts, and business partners to define long-term capabilities aligned with organizational goals. Develop capability roadmaps and system requirements, including data integrations with internal and third-party platforms. Provide requirements to partner teams, drive prioritization, and oversee end-to-end execution. Gather and incorporate end-user feedback into solutions. Ensure data availability for performance analysis to inform business decisions. Evaluate system functionality, identify gaps, and measure impact on operations and strategy. Partner with business leaders to understand problems and address customer pain points. Define MVP experiences, create learning plans, and iterate based on outcomes. Maintain visibility into long-term roadmaps, progress, demos, and KPIs through stakeholder updates. Additional Information
