The Senior PCA will be responsible for all financial touchpoints in a project's lifecycle, including: Assisting the proposal team with pricing activities, developing RFP responses, and supporting presentation materials. Working cross-departmentally to determine labor hours, materials, equipment, subcontractors, travel, etc., for programs, and monitoring throughout the program. Collaborating with program managers and project engineers to develop and maintain MS Project plans, monitor scope, schedule, and cost. Supporting cost reporting, ad hoc analysis, and decision-making processes. Job Responsibilities

Review RFPs and assist in developing responses. Support proposal preparations, including bid/no-bid decisions, cost estimating, pricing, RFP review, risk mitigation, and negotiation. Assist in Basis of Estimate (BOE) preparation, budget management, EAC, scheduling, and ETC. Analyze estimates against past experience and recommend adjustments. Communicate effectively across teams. Monitor program time charging and provide guidance on cost proposals, RFP, FAR, CAS, and disclosure compliance. Establish and coordinate schedules, monitor issues, and escalate as needed. Develop cost/price models and assist with pricing strategies, risk assessments, and management briefings. Conduct analytical studies and interpret trend data. Support and uphold the organization's mission, values, and culture. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong contract compliance knowledge. Advanced financial analysis skills. Knowledge of IR&D, B&P, direct sell, and allowable/unallowable costs. Ability to guide complex program analysis. Excellent communication skills for non-financial personnel. Experience with MS Project or similar tools. Experience monitoring and maintaining EAC. Leadership and mentoring abilities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, with at least five years of experience in a government manufacturing environment; master's degree and professional certifications preferred. Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS, and SOX. Proficiency with Excel, MS Office, Visio, Costpoint, Pro Pricer, Power BI. The pay scale ranges from $89,491 to $133,788 annually, influenced by various factors including experience, location, and qualifications.
