With top-tier diversity rankings and cutting-edge work, this practice offers hands-on ERISA defense, union-law matters, and employer-counseling in Los Angeles. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Advise clients on management-side employment law, including compliance and counseling • Litigate labor and employment disputes, from wage-law to traditional union matters • Handle ERISA plan fiduciary counseling and related litigation • Manage document collection, discovery responses, and case organization • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for state and federal proceedings • Coordinate with senior attorneys on strategy and client communications ________________________________________ Qualifications • 3–5 years of labor & employment law experience on the management side • Strong knowledge of traditional labor (union) law, public-works, and prevailing-wage issues • Experience counseling on ERISA/Executive Compensation litigation and fiduciary matters • Juris Doctor and admission to the California Bar (required) • Outstanding academic record and superior legal research & writing skills • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced litigation teams ________________________________________ Work in a collegial yet high-energy environment that values diversity, innovation, and professional growth.
