HR Business Partner – Learning & Development
to work closely with leaders and drive initiatives that enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth. This position supports two locations, ensuring alignment in HR strategy, learning programs, and overall employee experience across both sites. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, and talent needs. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and change management. Assist with analyzing HR metrics (turnover, engagement, skill gaps) to recommend and implement solutions. Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning processes. Assess organizational learning needs in partnership with managers and department heads. Design, deliver, and facilitate engaging learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring relevant and up-to-date content. Create career development pathways and leadership programs to build internal talent pipelines. Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and performance data. Drive programs that support continuous skill development and career advancement. Collaborate on engagement surveys and action plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field strongly preferred. At least 2 years in a business partner or generalist capacity. Proficiency with HRIS and LMS platforms required. Proven track record in Learning & Development program design and facilitation. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
