Alphahire is seeking a highly experienced
Financial Advisor Coach / Practice Management Consultant
to support a high-performing financial services firm focused on helping advisors grow their businesses with purpose and precision.
In this role, you'll directly coach and advise financial advisors on best practices in business growth, client service models, team building, time management, operational efficiency, and overall practice development.
This is a strategic and relationship-driven role requiring
deep experience specifically in coaching financial advisors
— general consulting experience is not sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 coaching and strategic guidance to financial advisors on business growth, client segmentation, workflows, and team development. Assess advisor practice structures and create customized improvement plans across sales, service, marketing, and operations. Deliver insights on client acquisition strategies, time-blocking, lead generation, and performance metrics. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for advisor development. Serve as a sounding board and accountability partner to help advisors stay focused and aligned with their business goals. Track progress and impact of coaching efforts using internal tools and KPIs.
Qualifications
Proven experience coaching or consulting financial advisors is required. Deep understanding of the financial advisory business model, including independent practices, broker-dealers, and RIAs. Strong knowledge of practice management principles: operational workflows, team structure, client experience design, CRM, and marketing strategy. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Highly strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, MBA) are a plus.
