Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations aligned with strategic goals and mission. • Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication. • Drive execution of strategic initiatives with precision and urgency. • Develop and refine systems, processes, and key performance indicators to improve efficiency and impact. • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on long-term strategies. • Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and mission-driven excellence.
