Engineering Manager - AI & ML Infrastructure
3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants As the Engineering Manager of the AI/ML Platform team at Spring Health, you will lead the team responsible for building and scaling core AI and ML platforms that empower product teams. Reporting to the Director of AI & ML, you will guide complex architectural decisions, champion AI trust and safety, improve MLOps and LLMOps capabilities, and drive operational excellence. You will break down large initiatives into clear roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and foster a high-performing team culture focused on psychological safety and continuous learning. Responsibilities include setting ambitious goals, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, robust AI/ML infrastructure. The role requires leadership experience, expertise in LLM operations, machine learning, and technical proficiency with cloud services, container orchestration, and CI/CD systems. Candidates must be based in the Seattle metro area and willing to commute 2-3 days a week when transitioning to a hybrid schedule in 2026.
