Business Transformation – Business Design – R&D_Life Sciences – Senior Our clients operate in a challenging environment where maintaining performance is increasingly difficult. EY’s Life Sciences Consulting Services team assists clients in balancing business protection with driving measurable value. The Opportunity EY has a strong life sciences commercial practice, supporting strategic growth, business transformation, and commercial excellence. This senior role offers opportunities to lead large projects, develop solutions, lead teams, and innovate. Our clients include large pharma, biotech, medical device, and medical technology companies. You will focus on providing client services in areas such as business transformation, commercial operations, data analytics, market access, growth strategy, operating model optimization, technology implementation, and enterprise transformation. Your Key Responsibilities You will spend most of your time supporting client engagement teams and working with various clients to deliver professional services in the life sciences domain. Skills And Attributes For Success Experience with R&D and clinical trial design, especially patient engagement and recruitment Experience using EY FastLane as a Gignow resource is a plus Training in medical sciences, such as as a nurse or physician assistant Ability to support client engagement teams effectively Leading workstreams in large client engagements and delivering high-quality results Helping manage risk and keeping stakeholders informed Staying updated on industry trends Fostering an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented environment Developing long-term client relationships and networks Collaborating across EY practices to meet client needs Keeping current on new developments in life sciences advisory services Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Biology, or Pharmacology At least 3 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, including advisory services, in areas such as R&D strategy, commercial analytics, brand strategy, market access, operations transformation, or digital campaigns Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets (pricing, prescription, claims, etc.) Experience with commercial operations and analytics Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Willingness to travel as needed Advisory/consulting experience in life sciences is preferred Preferred Qualifications Background in life sciences or biomedical fields with data analytics and commercial operations experience What We Look For We seek passionate leaders who enjoy collaboration, problem-solving, and staying current with industry trends.
