This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other legal requirements.

Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.

Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs’ culture, beliefs, and values.

Ensure the profitability of the business by managing food costs, labor, utilities, controllable expenses, and sales growth within established guidelines.

Coordinate and implement current operational plans and company initiatives profitably and promptly.

Ensure proper staffing with qualified personnel who are trained and developed appropriately.

Oversee the ongoing training and development of the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.

Participate actively in local restaurant marketing efforts within the trade area.

Implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.

Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.

Engage in community activities to enhance sales and public relations opportunities.

Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.

Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner regarding any issues impacting the business.

Maintain restaurant equipment in full working order and report problems immediately.

Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner.

Compensation: $46,000.00 per year
