Position Summary

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. Principle Accountabilities

Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, hour and wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, and other legal requirements. Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures. Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, fostering a cheerful and fun work environment aligned with Firehouse Subs' culture, beliefs, and values. Maintain profitability by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and sales growth within established guidelines. Coordinate and implement current operational game plans and company initiatives profitably and promptly. Ensure proper staffing of qualified personnel who are trained and developed appropriately. Oversee continuous training and development of the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers. Participate actively in local restaurant marketing efforts. Implement and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiatives. Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule. Engage in community affairs to capitalize on sales and public relations opportunities. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times. Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner regarding issues impacting the business. Maintain restaurant equipment in working order and report problems immediately. Work on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year About Firehouse Subs
