We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our go-to-market strategies within the AI Business Solutions domain, translating Microsoft’s global strategies into impactful local execution. This role involves driving operational excellence, accelerating transformation, and enabling business impact at scale. In this position, you will: Serve as a primary product spokesperson and evangelist, developing localized competitive strategies and messaging for internal and external audiences. Build and oversee business strategies and track their efficacy to ensure sustainable growth. Create and execute strategic GTM plans across sales, marketing, and partner functions, supporting cross-functional collaboration. Partner with sales teams to enable field readiness and develop sales programs aligned with business goals. Identify white-space growth opportunities and leverage market knowledge to maximize performance. Collaborate with engineering for capacity planning and with sales for pipeline support and enablement. Lead GTM strategies to drive revenue, usage, and customer health, managing stakeholders to achieve market share growth. Qualifications include: 5+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related fields. 5+ years of GTM experience with SMBs, including strategic planning and execution. 3+ years in technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Apps, or D365 solutions. Preferred qualifications: 8+ years in relevant roles. Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Business acumen with financial and sales process understanding.
