The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a critical role in translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy into actionable local execution plans, driving operational excellence to maximize impact. As the Go-To-Market (GTM) for Azure, you will lead strategic initiatives that integrate Microsoft's AI capabilities-including Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, and agentic AI solutions-into Azure Cloud Solution Area (CSA) processes. Your mission is to improve how we enable Microsoft Field resources to more effectively sell to and support our customers. This role demands a visionary leader who can simplify complex technologies, align cross-functional teams, and drive innovation at scale. You'll be instrumental in shaping marketing success, tracking performance metrics, and removing execution roadblocks to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary product spokesperson and evangelist, leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft AI solutions (Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, agentic AI) to position optimized offerings and approaches for internal and external audiences.
Build and drive business strategy that integrates AI-driven enhancements into Cloud Solution Area (CSA) workflows, enabling scalable, customer-centric growth across fiscal cycles.
Create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans that embed AI capabilities across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions-ensuring alignment with One-Microsoft execution.
Partner with sales and field enablement teams to land AI-powered sales programs, collaborating with Finance and Product Marketing Managers to align on business results.
Drive GTM strategy and growth plans (e.g., revenue, usage, customer health) by embedding AI into competitive strategies and stakeholder engagement to accelerate product marketing success.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
4+ years in Program or Project management experience in technical operations or engineering, including data driven approaches to program/product delivery with measurable results and outcomes.
1+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable Agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot-integrating data modeling, display capabilities, and production-ready agents to drive enterprise-wide insights, automation, and reusability
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.
5+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
Plan and execute resourcefully and autonomously with rigor
Keen perspective to view a business holistically end-to-end across marketing, sales, partner and across organizational boundaries;
Stellar analytical skills to analyze business performance, identify market opportunity and develop useful insights from data
Ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, lead virtual teams, stakeholder management
Effective communicator, skilled presenter & growth minded interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguous business situations; be open to acting quickly and iterating
Ability to capture and codify best practices publishing playbooks, reusable patterns, and accelerators that help GTM accelerate and scale.
Experience managing field insights to influence the Agentic AI Solutiong and Copilot Studio roadmap articulating blockers, patterns, and needs from deployments and programs.
Field Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
