ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions We are seeking an experienced
Chief Estimator
to lead our estimating team and oversee all preconstruction efforts across industrial and commercial projects. This role is based in
Remington, Indiana
with a
hybrid work schedule
(2–3 days/week onsite). Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of detailed estimates and proposals for industrial/light industrial construction projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes and manage bid submissions. Develop and maintain cost databases and historical pricing information. Mentor junior estimators and contribute to process improvement. Qualifications: 7+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry, preferably with GC and industrial project experience. Proven leadership in a senior or chief estimator role. Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, Sage, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
