Revenue Cycle
Project Manager
to lead day-to-day operations, strategy execution, and performance improvement initiatives in
Financial Clearance . In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the connective tissue between finance, operations, and patient access, ensuring seamless care delivery and optimized reimbursement outcomes. If you're a solutions-oriented leader with a background in healthcare finance, patient access, or revenue cycle operations, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in a mission-driven setting. What You’ll Be Responsible For Develop, implement, and evaluate new and existing programs, services, and SOPs Create project plans with milestones, deadlines, and accountability metrics Tackle day-to-day operational challenges with agility and insight Collaborate with internal stakeholders to overcome systemic barriers Drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning across service lines Monitor reimbursement trends and develop action plans to address denials or shortfalls Optimize spend and drive cost-effective decision-making aligned with department goals Recommend and justify investments in technology or process improvements Strategic Insight & Performance Management Analyze KPIs and financial data to drive smarter decisions and sustainable growth Identify strategic opportunities and forecast emerging market trends Support implementation of new ventures, partnerships, and initiatives Foster cross-functional collaboration with finance, patient access, and clinical departments Cultivate team buy-in and stakeholder engagement during times of change Champion a culture of flexibility, integrity, and continuous improvement What You Bring Education & Experience Required:
