We're supporting a rapidly growing pharmaceutical client in the Boston area that’s looking to bring on a sharp, solution-focused
Senior Business Analyst
to join their Commercial Operations team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role supporting critical initiatives—and the right candidate will play a key part in driving smarter decision-making across the organization. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering long-term growth, stability, and the chance to work alongside a forward-thinking, agile team committed to innovation in diagnostics and therapeutics. What You’ll Do: Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions Act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders across Commercial Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Finance Support system design, implementation, and integration of commercial tools and platforms Lead UAT, manage project priorities, and support post-deployment optimization Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, and other relevant standards Drive continuous improvements using Agile and SDLC best practices What We’re Looking For: Strong background in business analysis within the
life sciences
or pharmaceutical space Proven experience supporting
Commercial Operations , including sales, finance, and marketing systems Hands-on experience with
Veeva ,
MDM , and
Data Lake
technologies Solid understanding of
Commercial Data Warehouses
and related analytics tools Familiarity with
SQL
and experience working alongside developers and data teams Experience with
Salesforce
and BI platforms like
Power BI
or
Tableau
is a plus Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment Why This Role?
