is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar. NADC Burger is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to support our Chicago-based team. This is a non-exempt position. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory control, beverage and food waste management, training team members, ensuring food safety, and organizing shifts during both slow and busy periods. The Shift Lead will also work with leadership on off-site events and help with staff training and development. We value our managers and teams, and are proud of their accomplishments and commitment.
