Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC)

is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar

NADC Burger is looking for the next Shift Lead to provide support to our Chicago-based team. This is a non-exempt position.

Shift Lead functions include assisting with inventory control, beverage, and food waste control. Additional duties include training team members, food safety and organizing the shift during slow and busy periods. This position is responsible for working with leadership for off site events and assist with training and development of staff.

Position: Full time hours

Rate of Pay $20 plus tips

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
