Alo Job Description : As we continue to inspire mindful movement around the globe, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Brand Communications and Social Strategy to join our team. As a social-first company, this role offers a critical opportunity to influence the brand’s growth. Reporting directly to the SVP of Brand Marketing, this position will oversee organic social media, public relations, and influencer marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Responsibilities : Develop and implement a unique channel strategy that integrates organic social media, public relations, and influencer marketing to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Plan and execute channel-specific initiatives aligned with our brand values, ensuring they meet shared objectives and KPIs. Foster a collaborative team environment, recognizing individual strengths and promoting professional growth. Set clear goals and metrics for each channel, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and ROI. Mentor team members, supporting their development and encouraging a culture of growth and success. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to innovate content creation and engagement strategies. Maintain high standards of communication quality, authenticity, and impact, reflecting our brand’s unique identity. Build strategic partnerships with external collaborators to amplify our message and reach diverse audiences. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 10+ years of experience in brand communications, social media, or public relations, with proven success in fast-paced settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative storytelling ability. Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and campaign strategies. Experience with PR tactics, media relations, press releases, and crisis management. Proven experience in influencer marketing with clear KPIs. Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools. Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic industry.
