The Judge Group seeks a Vice President, Client Strategy & Growth to join our executive sales team. This role offers an EARNINGS POTENTIAL OF $1 MILLION annually. The VP will lead sales efforts to acquire select Fortune 100 accounts, significantly contributing to company growth. Judge provides consulting, learning, and talent solutions across North America and India, celebrating 50 years in business. Responsibilities : Lead sales efforts for acquiring Fortune 100 accounts through marketing and personal selling. Build an annual sales pipeline of $50MM+ for consulting, training, and staffing services. Identify new target clients and develop account acquisition strategies via research, relationship building, client meetings, and entertainment events. Target C-Level, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, HR, and VP/Director contacts. Become an expert in Judge's capabilities, industry trends, and solutions. Manage RFP processes, including proposal writing and solution communication. Present our brand via in-person meetings, calls, and online presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Attend industry conferences to generate leads and network. Expand and integrate Judge's services within existing accounts, coordinating across divisions. Grow existing accounts through communication, reviews, and visits. Collaborate with local offices and regional sales teams. Monitor service delivery in line with SLAs with regional staff. Qualifications : 10+ years in staffing and consulting, leading business development for Fortune 100 accounts. Proven success as a top sales producer with a portfolio of $10MM+ annually. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML/RPA, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Agile/DevOps. Strong network of qualified buyers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with social media marketing, especially LinkedIn. Compensation :
