Senior Agile Technical Project Manager
Focus Areas: Retail, Digital Marketplaces, Loyalty & Promotions, External Partner Management
About The Role
Are you passionate about driving innovation in the retail space? We’re looking for a Senior Agile Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact digital initiatives—especially those focused on loyalty programs and promotional campaigns that directly shape customer engagement and brand loyalty.
In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional project management. You’ll be a strategic partner, a problem-solver, and a delivery expert who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring cutting-edge digital experiences to life across our global retail ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Lead Agile Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies, with a focus on loyalty and promotions initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and third-party vendors—ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery. Project Execution: Plan, estimate, schedule, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues with clarity and urgency. Process Excellence: Ensure adherence to project governance, development standards, and quality assurance practices. Digital Expertise: Oversee projects involving front-end development, content management systems, and customer-facing retail technologies. Communication & Influence: Present project updates to senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams to drive results.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in retail or digital commerce. Proven success managing loyalty, CRM, or promotional campaign projects. Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA. Experience managing external partners and third-party integrations. Familiarity with software development lifecycles, including front-end development and CMS platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications. Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus. Background in retail loyalty programs, digital marketing, or customer engagement platforms.
