Provide technical expertise related to the ETL process. Coordinate with legacy system owners to extract data from legacy systems. Lead data mapping activities from legacy systems to Workday, with support from staff functional leads and SMEs. Conduct lessons learned, and maintain clear ETL and validation processes. Review and analyze data sets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Collaborate with IT and data management teams to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards. Audit data and files, document findings, and monitor corrective actions. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, and data analysis tools. Experience with Workday HCM/Payroll, ETL efforts, data audits, and management tools. Note: Pay range is indicative and may vary based on various factors. The position offers benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
