Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Louisville, KY. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, budgeting, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The General Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, including team development and performance management Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting and operational management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building with clients, vendors, and stakeholders Understanding of industry regulations and compliance Analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in the material handling industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Seniority level
