Principal SAP PS Consultant . As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, identify areas of improvement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will manage team expectations regarding SLAs/KPIs and lead deliverables with client stakeholders. Your responsibilities include creating detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, implementing deployment plans, and supporting knowledge transfer to provide value-adding solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients globally. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Authorized to work in the United States; position based in Milwaukee, WI. Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in Business Process Consulting, architecture, and process detailing. Deep expertise in SAP Project Systems, including multiple implementations or rollouts in S/4HANA. Knowledge of SAP modules like PP, MM, FI, and integration with Project Systems. Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, project management, and talent management. Willingness to travel as required and work in a management consulting environment. The role involves working at a computer for extended periods and may require travel.
