137359BR About the Role: Infosys is seeking a
Principal SAP PS Consultant . As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in the consulting team, helping to discover and define problems, identify improvement areas, evaluate solutions, and make recommendations. You will manage team expectations regarding SLAs/KPIs and lead deliverables with client stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating detailed design, architecture, process artifacts, implementing deployment plans, and supporting knowledge transfer to deliver value-added solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education. Minimum 11 years of experience in Information Technology. Authorized to work in the United States; applicants encouraged to apply. Position based in Milwaukee, WI. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture/design, and process detailing. At least 11 years of experience specifically in SAP Project Systems. Experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment. At least 2 SAP S4 HANA implementation or rollout projects. Deep SAP S4 HANA knowledge with a strong understanding of project systems processes. Configuration expertise in Project Systems for Engineer-to-Order and manufacturing scenarios. Experience integrating with modules like PP, MM, and FI. Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, project, and talent management skills. Willingness to travel as required in a management consulting environment. The role involves working at a computer for extended periods, communicating via telephone, email, or face-to-face, and may require travel.
