Position Overview

The Head of Sales will be instrumental in shaping and executing Navier’s customer journeys and sales strategies. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive sales pipeline, building and maintaining customer relationships and driving individual and fleet sales. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for results, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in closing sales within the yachting or luxury vehicle industries.

Own & manage the sales process, including consistent progress and closure of deals. Build and lead an global excellent sales and distribution team

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in high value sales with an excellent track record in closing high-value sales, with a focus on transactions in the $800k range or higher. Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets with experience leading annual sales of $50 million or more. Demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive sales and distribution strategies across both consumer and commercial channels. Deep understanding of luxury sales cycle, customer behavior and market trends. Existing book of high net worth clients or luxury hospitality is a plus Expertise in cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, ensuring a premium customer experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated track record of securing multi-level partnerships. Proficiency in CRM and other Sales tools. A deep understanding and passion for the Maritime industry through professional or personal experiences Proven track record of end to end building of global sales organizations Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Familiarity with hospitality or technical facets of EVs is a plus

Navier's pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.Seniority level
