Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected

Head of Business Development

to lead Navier’s strategic growth across hospitality, mobility, and related sectors. This role will be responsible for identifying and securing high-impact commercial partnerships, building and leading a global BD team, and driving revenue through enterprise-level deals.

The ideal candidate has a strong network and deep industry knowledge in

hospitality and/or luxury mobility , has personally

closed complex $25M+ deals , and has

built and scaled business development teams

in high-growth environments. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic vision, operational execution, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Navier’s business development strategy and execution across hospitality, commercial, and mobility sectors Identify and close high-value B2B partnerships and strategic accounts ($1M–$25M+ range) Build and manage a high-performing global BD team Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospitality groups, fleet operators, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals Collaborate with product, sales, and executive teams to align on go-to-market strategies and long-term growth initiatives Represent Navier at major industry events, trade shows, and private showcases

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value ($10M+) deals Proven track record in hospitality, luxury mobility, or adjacent markets; experience in both is a strong plus Experience building and leading global business development or sales teams Strong network of industry contacts, especially in hospitality groups, real estate developers, and high-net-worth clientele Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly strategic thinker with strong executional discipline and entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus Familiarity with EV technology, mobility platforms, or maritime innovation is a plus

All our positions offer a compensation package that includes base salary and benefits. Benefits include PTO, Sick Time, 401k and 100% paid Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for the employee.

Navier's pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.Seniority level
