About The Position Dexis Professional Services (Dexis) is seeking a Deputy Director – Operations who will be one of the primary points of contact (POC) for a future client. The role involves overseeing and leading performance on a contract for the Defense Security Cooperation University's Foreign Military Sales Academy at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The objective of this contract is to optimize the DSCU training experience, provide comprehensive student support, programming, analysis, and support services, and ensure efficient operations and organizational effectiveness within the DSCU. The Foreign Military Sales Academy (FMSA), part of the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU), is responsible for training and educating the Security Cooperation Workforce, providing education, training, and professional development to U.S. military and civilian students. FMSA supports the Defense Security Cooperation Agency’s (DSCA) mission of advancing U.S. national security and foreign policy by enabling the Security Cooperation workforce and building the capacity of foreign security forces to respond to shared challenges. The position is based at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio, and is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities

Support the Program Director and backfill as needed. Support the day-to-day administration of the contract. Provide innovative approaches to team management. Provide technical support, leadership, and process creation in contract execution. Support and lead quality assurance and technical excellence of the contract and team; ensure timely delivery of quality work products. Track tasks and deliverables across the contract, mitigate risks, and manage workloads. Stay informed of trends in the security cooperation field. Maintain positive team morale and culture. Ensure consistent and compliant application of administrative and operating policies and procedures throughout DSCU. Oversee DSCU’s file management and document disposition practices, collaborating with stakeholders. Manage personnel attrition and turnover to ensure smooth operations during hiring and training of new staff. Provide training to staff to maintain expertise levels for task execution. Manage trained personnel for effective daily operations. Serve as a point of contact with DSCA Security and Facilities Management for campus issues. May serve as a point of contact for client correspondence and requests. Provide monthly and quarterly status reports. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (required) Active Secret clearance (required) At least 8 years of experience supporting the USG or other clients as a contractor 6+ years of experience in operations and/or program management, demonstrating ability to deliver contractual services in a high-tempo environment Experience with FMS case management support or FMS financial management support Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office software Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of DSCU processes and procedures Executive level support experience within the Department of Defense and other federal agencies Knowledge of MISIL, SCIP, IW, or Navy ERP systems Knowledge of defense acquisition systems Pay range for this position is $114,329 – $147,013 USD.
