SCOPE OF WORK

Assist the manager/deputy manager of the Department to put forward reasonable suggestions on overseas supply chain construction and implement; Assist procurement/subcontracting managers in project procurement management; Assist in the preparation and review of procurement strategies and procurement plans Conduct overseas supplier resource development and relationship maintenance; Participate in project coordination meetings and be responsible for communication with clients and suppliers; Receive and visit supplier representatives to keep abreast of the latest developments, negotiate price, service, quality or other matters Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and make relevant recommendations to improve the efficiency; Solve difficult problems in the process of bidding; REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or above; Basic ability requirements: Proficiency in operating all kinds of conventional office software; good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills; hard work, teamwork spirit, can work overtime at any time. At least 8 years of business management experience in the procurement industry and at least 1 oil and gas project procurement manager/deputy manager or team leader work experience, with experience in Saudi Aramco or Qatar Petroleum project is preferred. Professional ability requirements: proficient in material procurement and subcontracting related bidding business, and can accurately grasp relevant laws, regulations, policies and regulations; The personnel are competent for the procurement/subcontracting work of offshore oil and gas engineering projects and Saudi Aramco projects; Proficiency in Chinese is a plus to handle Chinese-language menus and liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
