We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing advertising sales team. The BDA will play an integral role in securing, maintaining, and growing relationships for Axios’ core media team through thoughtful outreach and exceptional service to potential clients. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new revenue opportunities and supporting sales growth. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has proven customer or client service experience, experience managing top of funnel sales pipelines including researching, prospecting new business leads, outbound outreach, and organizing inbound interest. The role requires strong time management, project management skills, sales fundamentals, collaboration, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, receptiveness to feedback, and proficiency using CRM software to manage sales processes and pipelines.
