Executive Assistant to Partner
The City:
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid in the Presidio)
The Money:
$175k - 200k + amazing benefits

The Day-to-Day:
Provide seamless support to the Partner across scheduling, travel, meeting prep, and follow-ups Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Maintain and update key internal systems and CRMs, including Salesforce Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound communication with sound judgment Coordinate logistics around partner meetings, events, and portfolio engagements Liaise with internal and external stakeholders - founders, LPs, fellow investors - with tact and warmth
