Position Overview We’re seeking a proactive and organized
Account Manager
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and understands the unique challenges faced by startups in the healthcare space. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients—supporting them through onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing strategy and performance reviews. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering requirements, defining goals, and coordinating with internal teams to set up campaigns and services. Account Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare startup clients. Manage day-to-day communications, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Project Coordination:
Work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, paid media specialists, and other internal stakeholders to deliver campaign assets on time and on strategy. Strategic Advising:
Understand clients’ business objectives (e.g., user acquisition, investor visibility) and help shape marketing strategies to achieve them. Performance Reporting:
Monitor campaign metrics, prepare reports, and present results to clients on a regular basis. Suggest optimizations and next steps based on performance insights. Client Retention & Growth:
Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand service offerings. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management (agency or marketing experience preferred) Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., paid social, content marketing, SEO, email marketing) Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience working with healthcare or startup clients is a plus Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Flexible remote work environment Opportunity to work with cutting-edge healthcare startups Growth potential within a fast-scaling agency Supportive, collaborative team culture Seniority level
