The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team is crucial in translating Microsoft’s strategy into local execution and operational excellence, ensuring impactful results across regions and subsidiaries. As the GTM Director, Cloud & AI - Corporate & Small, Medium Sized Businesses, your focus will be on accelerating revenue growth, enhancing field agility, and delivering results through deep partnerships with stakeholders across sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partners to support One-Microsoft initiatives. You will align processes and tools, lead cross-solution strategies, optimize pipelines, and leverage insights for data-driven decisions. Your role is vital in driving customer adoption at scale through deep solution expertise and strategic partnerships. We seek someone with marketing or sales experience to act as a thought leader, tracking success metrics, working with emerging technologies, creating team alignment, removing obstacles, and simplifying complex concepts. Responsibilities

Be a primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across product portfolios and leveraging industry knowledge to develop impactful strategies, position value propositions, and tailor messaging for internal and external audiences. Develop and execute business strategies, track their efficacy, and be accountable for revenue, KPIs, and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across teams. Lead the definition and orchestration of GTM plans, including marketing, field, consulting, customer success, and partner functions, supporting a unified Microsoft approach. Ensure Business Group (BG) Leads and field teams have the leadership and enablement needed to operate locally and align with corporate strategies. Drive growth opportunities, geographic expansion, and market development strategies to maximize performance. Gather sales feedback, leverage regional market knowledge, and develop business cases to enhance customer offerings and investments. Uphold Microsoft’s values and leadership principles, fostering clarity and shared understanding across teams. Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications

8+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related fields. 4+ years in GTM solution plays. 4+ years in marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing and sales enablement teams. Preferred qualifications

12+ years in relevant fields and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related area, or equivalent experience. 8+ years managing product/solution portfolios and demand generation within complex organizations.
