We are leading a growing, AI-powered global sales team within Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C), focusing on customer success and partner collaboration. As the GTM Director, you will accelerate revenue growth, enhance field agility, and support our sales teams by aligning processes, leading cross-solution strategies, and leveraging data insights. Your role involves developing and executing strategic GTM plans, collaborating with marketing, sales, consulting, customer success, and partners to ensure seamless execution and customer adoption at scale. We seek someone with marketing or sales experience, capable of acting as a thought leader, creating alignment across teams, and simplifying complex concepts. Advocate for products and technical solutions, leveraging industry and market knowledge to develop impactful strategies and messaging. Develop and track business strategies, ensuring accountability for revenue and KPIs, and driving strategic alignment across teams. Define and orchestrate GTM plans across functions, supporting a unified Microsoft approach and partner development. Enable Business Group Leads and field teams to operate effectively, ensuring alignment on results and actions. Identify growth opportunities, including geographic expansion, and develop strategies to maximize performance. Gather sales feedback, analyze regional market data, and support investment and service delivery decisions. Demonstrate Microsoft’s values, fostering clarity and shared understanding within teams. Qualifications

Minimum

8+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, or related fields. 4+ years in driving GTM solution plays and enabling marketing strategies. Preferred

12+ years in relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Experience managing product portfolios and demand generation within complex organizations. The role offers a competitive salary range, with specific amounts depending on location, and benefits.
