Program Manager
to join our team in the Washington, DC metro area supporting the FBI Criminal Investigative Division – CID at FBI Headquarters. Must have Top Secret/SCI clearance Job Responsibilities: Identify rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information, and draw logical conclusions. Analyze and provide solutions to complex problems. Apply systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance. Research, plan, coordinate, and brief actions in support of leadership's goals, objectives, and vision. Work with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies. Provide data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization. Employ all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource management. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. Experience (In Place of Education): Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) or more years of experience. Required Experience (years of experience/certifications or specialized experience): Bachelor's degree with at least twelve (12) years of complex program management experience in government programs, projects, and/or activities. At least twelve (12) years of managing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for various complex projects. Ten (10) years or more leading, managing, and strategic planning for an organization, collaborating with agency program executives to meet objectives. Ten (10) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to executive management, customers, and stakeholders regarding project progress.
