Must have Top Secret/ SCI
Job Responsibilities: Identifies rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information, and draws logical conclusions. Analyses and provides solutions to complex problems. Ability to apply systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance. Ability to research, plan, coordinate, and brief actions in support of leadership's goal, objectives, and vision. Ability to work with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies. Provides data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization. Employs all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource management. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
Experience (In Place of Education):
Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) or more years of experience. Required Experience (years of experience/certification(s}/specialized experience}
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least twelve (12) years of complex program management experience in Government programs, projects, and/or activities. Twelve (12) years or more of managing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for various complex types of projects. Ten (10) years or more experience leading, managing, and strategic planning for an organization, as well as collaborating with agency program executives to meet agency objectives. Ten (10) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to executive management, customers, and stakeholders regarding progress of projects. Compensation Package
