Job DescriptionWe're looking for a hands-on Manual Machinist to join our automation team. In this role, you'll machine and fabricate precision components used in custom industrial equipment. You should have solid experience with mills, lathes, and grinders-and a sharp eye for detail.What You'll Do:Machine parts to precise tolerances using manual mills, lathes, and surface grindersRead and interpret detailed mechanical drawings with minimal supervisionWork with a variety of materials, including carbon/stainless/tool steels and plasticsBuild and fit structural components like brackets, guarding, and framesAssemble and align mechanical elements for integration into equipmentUse calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracyAssist with general shop tasks and occasional forklift/pallet jack useWhat You Bring:3-5 years of machining experience (manual required; CNC a plus)Familiarity with mechanical systems-bearings, pneumatics, actuators, sensorsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shiftStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksComfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentBasic knowledge of pneumatic and automation components preferredWhy Work With Us:Competitive compensation and benefitsA chance to work on high-impact, one-of-a-kind equipmentSupportive, collaborative team cultureOpportunities to expand your skills in automation and fabrication
